从升降出入理论探讨慢性肾脏病的辨治

Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease Based on the Theory of Ascending and Descending of Qi Movement

本文基于升降出入理论,从气机升降出入悖逆、气血津液气化失常、浊瘀毒邪壅滞三焦阐释慢性肾脏病的病理改变。并据此主张治疗应谨守气机升降出入之机要,畅达气机,延缓病情进展;辨证论治,调畅气血津液,改善患者生活质量;通达三焦,化湿祛瘀解毒,以改善患者预后,预防终末期事件。

Based on the theory of ascending,descending,entering and exiting of qi movement,the pathological changes of chronic kidney disease were explained from three aspects:the dysregulation of qi movement;the abnormal gasification of qi,blood and body fluid;the stagnation of turbidities,blood stasis and toxins in the triple energizer.Therefore,it is suggested that the treatment should keep the key means of the regulation of qi movement,smooth the qi movement and delay the progress of the disease;conduct syndrome differentiation and treatment,regulate blood and body fluid,so as to improve the quality of life of patients;adjust the triple energizer,reduce dampness,dispel stasis and detoxification,in order to improve the prognosis of patients and prevent end-stage events.
