miR-30c在脂类代谢相关疾病中的研究进展

摘要 脂类代谢相关疾病包括高脂血症、高胆固醇血症、心血管疾病以及糖尿病等。微RNA(miRNA)可通过靶向信使RNA,在转录后水平调控基因的表达。其中,miR-30c可影响脂类代谢相关疾病的关键基因和信号通路,包括脂肪细胞分化、胰岛素作用以及脂肪代谢等相关通路与基因。miR-30c还可通过调控脂蛋白的产生影响血浆胆固醇水平,进而影响脂质代谢相关疾病。通过了解miR-30c与脂类代谢相关疾病的关系,可以深入探索miR-30c的潜在临床价值,为明确脂类代谢相关疾病的分子机制、新的生物标志物以及研发治疗药物提供可能。 Lipid metabolism related diseases include hyperlipidemia,hypercholesterolemia,cardiovascular disease,and diabetes etc.MicroRNA(miRNA)can regulate gene expression at the post-transcriptional level by targeting messenger RNA.And miR-30c can affect the key genes and signaling pathways of lipid metabolism related diseases,including adipocyte differentiation,insulin action,and fat metabolism related pathways and gene.MiR-30c can regulate the production of lipoproteins to affect plasma cholesterol levels,which in turn affects lipid metabolism related diseases.By understanding the relationship between miR-30c and lipid metabolism related diseases,we can deeply explore the potential clinical value of miR-30c,and provide the possibility to clarify the molecular mechanism of lipid metabolism related diseases,discover new biomarkers,and develop therapeutic drugs.
