摘要
白脂素是近年来新发现的一种可作为分泌型激素发挥作用的新型脂肪因子,其通过调节肝脏葡萄糖的合成与分解、抑制胰岛素分泌、增强胰岛素抵抗升高血糖。白脂素通过调节氧化应激、促进糖脂代谢紊乱在2型糖尿病(T2DM)及其并发症,如糖尿病大血管病变、糖尿病心肌病、糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪性肝病、糖尿病肾脏疾病、糖尿病视网膜病变的发生发展中起一定作用。因此,通过研究白脂素在T2DM及其并发症中的作用机制,可能找到改善T2DM患者病情、提高生活质量、减少或减轻致畸和致残的新方法。
Asprosin is a newly discovered adipokine,which can also play a part as a secretory hormone to increase blood glucose level by regulating the synthesis and decomposition of glucose in the liver,inhibiting insulin secretion and enhancing insulin resistance.By regulating oxidative stress reaction and promoting glucose and lipid metabolism disorder,asprosin can influence the occurrence and development of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and its complications,such as diabetes macroangiopathy,diabetic cardiomyopathy,diabetes mellitus with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,diabetic nephropathy and diabetic retinopathy.By exploring the mechanism of asprosin in T2DM and its complications,it is possible to find a new direction for improving the condition of T2DM,promoting the quality of life,reducing or relieving teratogenesis and death of the patients.
