摘要
膀胱癌的恶性程度、复发率、异质性均较高,且疾病进展速度快,但目前缺乏有效的治疗靶点和预后评估的生物标志物。巨噬细胞加帽蛋白(CapG)是凝溶胶蛋白超家族中的一种肌动蛋白结合蛋白,具有调节肌动蛋白细胞骨架重组和内皮细胞迁移的作用,其在膀胱癌中异常表达,并与膀胱癌的发生、发展密切相关,可作为膀胱癌的潜在生物标志物。深入研究CapG在膀胱癌发生、生长和转移等过程中的调控作用,可为膀胱癌作用机制的研究及其早期诊断、基因靶向治疗及预后评估提供新方向。
The malignant degree,recurrence rate and heterogeneity of bladder cancer are high,and the disease progresses rapidly,however,there is a lack of effective therapeutic targets and biomarkers for prognosis evaluation.Macrophage capping protein(CapG)is an actin binding protein in the gelsolin superfamily,which has the function of regulating actin cytoskeleton reorganization and endothelial cell migration.It is abnormally expressed in bladder cancer and is closely associated with the occurrence and development of bladder cancer,and can be used as potential biomarkers for bladder cancer.The in-depth study of CapG′s regulatory role in the occurrence will provide a new direction for the study of the mechanism of action of bladder cancer and its early diagnosis,gene targeted therapy and prognostic assessment.
