弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤中外泌体的研究与应用进展

摘要 外泌体存在于多囊体中,可通过介导细胞通讯、重编辑骨髓、介导免疫逃逸、重塑微环境和抵抗化疗药物等方式促进弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤发生发展及耐药等,其在病理生理过程中的作用逐渐受到研究者的关注。此外,外泌体还可作为药物载体、免疫治疗药物、液体活组织检查物质等为弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者的诊断和治疗提供新的方法。探究外泌体在肿瘤微环境中的调控作用,对进一步认识弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤的发生、发展及耐药过程有重要意义。 Exosomes exist in polycystic bodies,which can promote the occurrence,development and drug resistance of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma by mediating cell communication,re-editing bone marrow,mediating immune escape,reshaping the microenvironment,and resisting chemotherapeutic drugs.Its role in the pathophysiological process has gradually attracted the attention of the researchers.In addition,exosomes can also be used as drug carriers,immunotherapy drugs,liquid biopsy substances,etc.to provide new methods for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.Exploring the regulatory role of exosomes in the tumor microenvironment is of great significance for further understanding the occurrence,development and drug resistance process of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
