摘要
发展性教师评价助力于我国高等教育教学的实践,为我国高校教育教学革新、教师教育综合能力的提升指明方向,进一步提升高职院校人才培养质量。对此,立足于发展性教师评价内涵,分析发展性教师评价视域下高职院校教师发展中心建设的原则,提出发展性教师评价视域下高职院校教师发展中心建设的路径。
Developmental teacher evaluation contributes to the practice of higher education and teaching in our country,points out the direction for the reform of education and teaching in our country’s colleges and universities,and improves the comprehensive ability of teacher education,and further improves the quality of talent training in vocational colleges.In this regard,based on the connotation of developmental teacher evaluation,it analyzes the principles of teacher development center construction in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of developmental teacher evaluation,and proposes a path for the construction of teacher development centers in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of developmental teacher evaluation.
