新工科背景下高职土建类专业的建设和改革思考 被引量:1

摘要 随着工业4.0的推进,互联网、物联网等新技术的普及应用,工业化与信息化的深度融合,建筑产业正向智能化、信息化、绿色化等高端方向转型升级。建筑工业化的发展使建筑建造技术、组织方式、管理模式发生了较大变化,如何培养新工科背景下适应建筑产业高端、掌握新技术的高素质复合型技术技能人才是土建类专业发展过程中面临的新挑战。本文从专业结构、人才培养质量和师资力量三个维度分析了目前专业存在的不足,并提出了新工科背景下土建类专业的结构优化、人才质量提升和高水平教学团队打造的方法和思路,为推动智能建造与建筑工业化协同发展提供创新能力强、综合素质高的新型工程人才支撑。 With the promotion of industry 4.0,the popularization and application of new technologies such as Internet and Internet of things,and the deep integration of industrialization and informatization,the construction industry is transforming and upgrading in the high-end direction of intelligence,informatization and green.With the development of construction industrialization,great changes have taken place in construction technology,organization mode and management mode.How to cultivate high-quality compound technical talents who can adapt to the high-end construction industry and master new technology under the background of new engineering is a new challenge in the development process of civil engineering specialty.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current major from the three dimensions of professional structure,talent training quality and teacher strength,and puts forward the methods and ideas of structural optimization,talent quality improvement and high-level teaching team building of civil engineering major under the background of new engineering,so as to provide new engineering talents with strong innovation ability and high comprehensive quality for promoting the coordinated development of intelligent construction and building industrialization.
