摘要
青年教师所存在的理想信念问题是影响其政治立场与价值观念,制约其职业发展和专业成长的关键因素,通过明确青年教师理想信念教育在内容设计和内涵定位上所存在的问题,以课程思政建设为抓手,通过专业能力与理想塑造相结合的方式,能够为高职院校提高教师的理想信念教育质量指明方向,提供支持。而专业能力与理想信念的综合发展,不仅能够破解高职青年教师所面临的理想信念教育问题,还能更好地提高课程思政的建设质量与效率,推动我国教育事业的健康发展。
The problem of young teachers’ideals and beliefs is the key factor that affects their political position and values and restricts their career development and professional growth.By clarifying the problems existing in the content design and connotation positioning of young teachers’ideals and beliefs education,taking the ideological and political construction of curriculum as the starting point,and combining professional ability with ideal shaping,it can provide reference for higher vocational colleges to improve the quality of teachers’ideal and belief education,the school points out the direction and provides support.
