上海松江区长护险定点护理站发展情况研究

Study on the Development of Designated Nursing Stations for Long-term Care Insurance in Songjiang District

上海松江区长护险试点工作于2018年启动,根据制度设计需求,有四家护理站成为长护险定点服务机构,经过不断发展,长护险定点护理站在服务参保人方面发挥了重要作用。然而,在日常调研检查中发现,护理站护士的服务人数及服务时长仅占定点护理站服务中的很小一部分,长护险定点护理站并没有充分发挥自身的功能优势。本文通过分析松江区四家长护险定点护理站数据,分析护理站发展中存在的问题及产生原因,从而为促进长护险定点护理站长期高质量发展提出建议。

The pilot work of long-term care insurance in Songjiang District of Shanghai was launched in 2018.According to the system design requirements,four nursing stations have become designated service institutions of long-term care insurance.Through continuous development,the designated nursing station of Songjiang District has played an important role in serving the insured.However,in the daily investigation and inspection,it is found that the service number and service duration of nurses in nursing stations account for only a small part of the services of designated nursing stations,and the designated nursing stations of long-term care insurance do not give full play to their functional advantages.This paper analyzes the data of four designated nursing stations in Songjiang District,analyzes the problems and causes in the development of nursing stations,and puts forward some suggestions for promoting the long-term and high-quality development of designated nursing stations.
