不同形式微量元素对鳗用复合预混料中维生素稳定性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为评价不同形式微量元素对鳗用复合预混料中维生素稳定性的影响,将鳗用复合预混料分为4个处理组,即无机微量元素组Ⅰ(ITE组Ⅰ)、无机微量元素组Ⅱ(ITE组Ⅱ)、有机微量元素组(OTE组,铜、铁、锰、锌为复合氨基酸微量元素络合物形式,碘、硒和钴为无机盐形式)和包被无机微量元素组(CITE组),其在配合饲料中的添加水平分别为0.50%、0.75%、0.75%和0.50%,不同组复合预混料为每千克配合饲料提供的微量元素水平一致;每组3个重复。在40℃恒温储存的第1 d、第30 d和第60 d测定并计算维生素的保留率。结果表明:与第30 d和第60 d的ITE组I相比,ITE组Ⅱ中维生素K保留率显著增加(P<0.05),其他维生素保留率无显著变化(P>0.05);OTE组(除维生素B1外)和CITE组各种维生素的保留率均显著升高(P<0.05)。CITE组仅维生素B1和叶酸保留率显著高于OTE组(P<0.05)。不同处理组维生素保留率随储存时间延长逐渐降低,所有处理组在第60 d的维生素A和维生素D保留率均低于第30 d,OTE组和CITE组对维生素的保护效果优于ITE组。表明:与比传统无机微量元素相比,包被无机微量元素和复合氨基酸微量元素络合物可提高鳗用复合预混料中维生素的稳定性,且包被无机微量元素效果更佳。 In order to evaluate the protective effects of different forms of trace elements on vitamins in compound premixes for eel,the compound premixes for eel were divided into four treatment groups,and they were inorganic trace element group Ⅰ(ITE group Ⅰ),inorganic trace element group Ⅱ(ITE group Ⅱ),organic-inorganic trace element group(OTE group,the form of copper,iron,manganese and zinc was the metal specific amino acid complex,the form of iodide,cobalt and selenium were inorganic form),and coated inorganic trace element group(CITE group).The supplementation levels of these four compound premixes in formulated diet of eel were 0.50%,0.75%,0.75% and 0.50%,respectively.There were three replicates in each treatment group.The same levels of different minerals for formulated eel diet were provided by the four compound premixes for eel.There were three replicates in each group.The four compound premixes were store at a constant temperature of 40℃,the contents of different vitamins were measured and retention rates of different vitamins were calculated on the first day,the 30 th day,and the 60 th day,respectively.On the 30 th and the 60 th day,retention rate of vitamin K in ITE group Ⅱ was significantly increased in comparison with ITE group Ⅰ(P<0.05),there were no significant changes of retention rate of the other vitamins between those two groups(P>0.05).The retention rates of these vitamins in OTE group(except Vitamin B;) and CITE group were significantly higher than those of ITE group(P<0.05).The retention rates of vitamin B;and folic acid in CITE group were significantly higher than those of OTE group(P<0.05).The retention rates of vitamins in all the treatments were decreased with the storage time.The retention rates of vitamins A and D on the 60 th day were lowered significantly than those on the 30 th day(P<0.05).The protection effects of vitamin in groups of OTE and CITE were better than that of ITE group.In conclusion,the stability of vitamins might be improved by organic trace elements and coated inorganic trace elements in eel compound premix,and better protective effects of coated inorganic trance elements were found on vitamins.
