Analysis of Data Security Governance in China

当前数据安全问题已经成为世界各国面临的共同挑战,如何做好我国数据安全治理是当下我们需要重点研究的一项课题。通过研究数据安全治理在隐私保护和数据权概念下的治理理念,结合包括政务、企业和金融在内的不同行业的数据安全需求,我国可以从数据安全治理框架和数据安全能力成熟度模型框架两方面着手开展数据安全体系建设。在此过程中,一方面,应提升我国数据安全治理能力;另一方面,要积极开展数据安全治理的全球合作。

At present,the problem of data security has become a common challenge faced by all countries in the world.How to do a good job in China's data security governance is a topic that we need to focus on now.By studying the concept of data security governance under the privacy protection and data rights,and combining the data security requirements of different industries including government affairs,enterprises and finance,China can carry out the construction of data security system from two aspects:data security governance framework and data security capability maturity model framework.In this process,on the one hand,China should improve data security governance capacities;on the other hand,China can also carry out global cooperation in data security governance.
