摘要
低压配电的安全运行问题涉及社会公共安全。近年来,因低压配电安全隐患演变的电气火灾、人身触电事故时有发生。在介绍电气火灾、人身触电的理论特征基础上,分析现阶段我国配电公共安全存在的若干问题,包括低压配电网架构问题、公共场所的触电问题、新能源引起的电气火灾问题以及用户设备保护接地问题和潜在的安全隐患,最后提出相应的解决措施和建议。
The safe operation of low-voltage distribution involves social public safety.In recent years,electrical fire and personal electric shock accidents often occur because of the evolution of the hidden danger of low-voltage distribution.Based on the introduction of the theoretical characteristics of electrical fires and personal electric shocks,this paper analyzes several problems in our country’s power distribution public security at this stage,including architecture problems of low-voltage distribution network,electric shock problems in public places,electrical fire problems caused by new energy sources,and protective grounding problems of users equipment and potential safety hazards,and finally the corresponding solutions and suggestions are proposed.
