高职院校劳动教育融入资助育人工作的思考

Consideration on the Integration of Labor Education into Subsidized Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

将劳动教育融入资助育人体系有助于提升劳动教育和资助育人成效,实现从“资助助人”到“资助育人”工作的转变。为此,高职院校应在资助工作中注重显性劳育与隐性劳育相结合,强化思政劳育,增强实践劳育,推进专业劳育,从而推动劳动教育与资助育人形成协同效应。

At present,the main problems in the integration of labor education into the subsidized education system in higher vocational colleges are that labor values are not correctly established and labor motivation is not effec⁃tively stimulated.Integrating labor education into the subsidized education system will help improve the effective⁃ness of labor education and subsidized education,and realize the transformation from"subsidizing and helping people"to"subsidizing and educating people".Therefore,higher vocational colleges should pay attention to the combination of explicit labor education and implicit labor education,strengthen ideological and political labor ed⁃ucation,enhance practical labor education,and promote professional labor education,so as to promote labor edu⁃cation and subsidized education to form a synergistic effect.
