Due to the emergence of the legal aid system,the legal clinic education model contains the gene of public welfare culture,so it is closely related to social entrepreneurial activities.Social entrepreneurship education is produced and developed with the trend of economic marketization and social diversification,and its develop⁃ment process is affected by the concept of good governance.The history of the development of legal clinic educa⁃tion and social entrepreneurship education provides a historical logic for their integrated development,that is,to adhere to the unity of independent development and mutual reference.The commonality of value connotation and the complementarity of realization mechanism provide theoretical logic for the integration and development of the two,that is,to adhere to the unity of public welfare value orientation and business mechanism.The practi⁃cality of path selection and the innovation of method selection provide practical logic for the integrated develop⁃ment of the two,that is,the unity of adhering to practice orientation and paying attention to thinking innovation.
