特色村发展路径与对策研究--以江苏省泰州市为例

Research on Development Path and Countermeasures of Characteristic Villages--A Case Study of Taizhou in Jiangsu Province

特色村是推动乡村振兴的重要抓手,也是解决“三农”问题的重要举措。文章以江苏省泰州市为例,分析不同类型特色村的发展特点、成效及影响因素。研究认为,目前特色村正处于中级阶段向高级阶段的升级阶段,应通过产业、生态、文化三位一体的发展模式,推进特色村向融合化、绿色化、智慧化、创新化、协调化方向发展,实现更具特色、更有活力、更加生态、更可持续。

The characteristic village is not only an important starting point to promote rural revitalization,but also an important measure to solve the problems of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”.Taking Taizhou City,Jiang⁃su Province as an example,this paper analyzes the development characteristics,effects and influencing factors of different types of characteristic villages.According to the study,the characteristic villages are in the upgrading stage from the intermediate stage to the advanced stage.They should be promoted to be integrated,green,intelli⁃gent,innovative and coordinated through the trinity development model of industry,ecology and culture,We should promote the development of characteristic villages in the direction of integration,greening,intelligence,innovation and coordination through the Trinity development mode of industry,ecology and culture,so as to achieve more characteristics,vitality,ecology and sustainability.
