红霉素眼膏+西瓜霜润喉片在改善经鼻置管减轻损伤及增加舒适度中的实践研究

Practical Research on Erythromycin Eye Ointment and Watermelon Cream Throat Tablet in Improving Nasal Intubation,Alleviating Injury and Increasing Comfort

目的探讨红霉素眼膏+西瓜霜润喉片在经鼻置管患者鼻咽部黏膜损伤和舒适度中的应用。方法选取2020年1月~2020年3月30例为对照组,2020年4月~2020年6月30例为观察组。对照组按照常规护理方法进行护理;观察组除常规护理外,使用红霉素眼膏内涂鼻腔+西瓜霜润喉片含化,比较两组患者的鼻咽部黏膜损伤程度以及舒适度的情况。结果置管一周后两组患者鼻咽部黏膜损伤程度以及舒适度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论观察组通过置管期间的预见性干预,减轻了患者鼻咽部黏膜的损伤,增加了患者的舒适度,降低了非计划拔管的发生,利于患者早日康复,符合加速康复的理念。

Objective To explore the application of erythromycin eye ointment and watermelon cream throat tablet in nasopharyngeal mucosa injury and comfort of patients with nasal catheterization.Methods From January 2020 to March 2020,30 patients were selected as the control group.From April 2020 to June 2020,30 patients were in the observation group.The control group was treated according to the routine nursing method.In the obser⁃vation group,in addition to routine nursing,erythromycin eye ointment was coated with nasal cavity and water⁃melon cream throat tablets,and the degree of nasopharynx mucosal damage and comfort were compared be⁃tween the two groups.Results There was a statistically significant difference in the degree of nasopharynx muco⁃sal injury and comfort between the two groups after one week of catheterization(P<0.05).Conclusion The ob⁃servation group can reduce the damage of the nasopharyngeal mucosa through the pre-existing intervention dur⁃ing the catheterization,increase the patient's comfort,reduce the occurrence of unplanned extubation,and facili⁃tate the early recovery of the patient,in line with the concept of accelerated rehabilitation.
