运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,回顾总结中国共产党百年妇女体育工作发展历程、经验,并提出未来展望。发展历程:妇女体育意识萌芽和体育应义探索,妇女体育权利正名和竞技体育快速发展,妇女体育认知变迁和国际话语权提升。工作经验:坚持党的集中统一领导、发挥组织执行能力是基本路线;坚持指导理论继承与创新是源源动力;坚持以人民为中心是价值追求;坚持以法律规章为前提是根本保障。在新时代发展要求下,妇女体育工作将朝着创新化、协同化、均衡化以及产业化方向不断发展。

By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper reviewed and summarized the process and experience of women's sports work of the Communist Party of China in a 100-year course,and put forward the future prospects.The development process includes the germination of women's sports awareness and the exploration of sports meaning,the justification of women's sports rights and the rapid development of competitive sports,the change of women's sports cognition,and the promotion of international discourse power.Experience:It is the basic line of development that we must adhere to the centralized and unifi ed leadership of the Party and give full play to the ability of organization and implementation;we should adhere to the inheritance and innovation of guiding theory as the source power of development,adhere to the people as the center as the value pursuit of development,and adhere to laws and regulations as the fundamental guarantee of development.In the new era,women's sports work will continue to develop in the direction of innovation,coordination,balance and industrialization.
