体教融合背景下学校体育竞赛体系价值、困境与完善路径

Value,Diffi culty and Path of the School Sports Competition System Under the Background of Integration of Sports and Education

运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,探究体教融合背景下学校体育竞赛体系的时代价值和现实困境,并提出完善路径。时代价值:深化学校体育改革,促进学生健康成长;夯实竞技体育基础,培养竞技体育人才;培育体育竞赛市场,带动体育产业发展。现实困境:体系目标定位不清晰,学校体育竞赛资源不足,竞赛管理机制相对落后,学生赛事系统尚不完善。完善路径:明晰竞赛目标体系定位,统一竞赛标准;创建多元共治管理模式,建立多部门协同联动机制;加强体育竞赛资源供给,提高竞赛资源利用效率;兼顾普及与提高发展目标,打造一体化体育赛事体系。

By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper explored the contemporary value and realistic difficulty of school sports competition system under the background of the integration of sports and education,and proposed the improvement path.Contemporary value:It deepens the reform of school physical education and promotes the healthy growth of students,consolidates the foundation of competitive sports and cultivates competitive sports talents,and fosters the sports competition market and drives the development of the sports industry.Realistic diffi culty:The system goal positioning is not clear;the school sports competition resources are insuffi cient;the competition management mechanism is relatively backward;and the student competition system is imperfect.Improvement path:We should clarify the positioning of the competition goal system and unify the competition standards,create a diversifi ed co-governance management model and establish a multi-departmental coordination mechanism,strengthen the supply of sports competition resources and improve the utilization efficiency of competition resources,and take into account the both popularization and improvement of the development goals to create an integrated sports competition system.
