基于随机森林算法的O域B域5G分流比提升方案 被引量:7

5G Offload Ratio Improvement in O Domain and B Domain based on Random Forest Algorithm

摘要 5G移动通信已进入高速发展阶段,但4G负荷仍然高居不下,如何实现5G快速分流保障用户感知是当前重点关注的热点,反观业界还没有比较成熟的分流比提升手段。针对这一问题,在运营域(O域)和业务域(B域)大数据基础上,采用随机森林算法进行数据分析,在市场指引4G到5G用户精准迁移,在网络指引进行精准规划建设及网络优化,整体分流比提升至11.35%,5G活跃用户数增长5倍,流量驻留比提升3倍,具有广泛推广可行性。 5G mobile communications has entered a stage of rapid development,but 4G loads remain high.How to implement fast 5G offloading to ensure user experience is a key concern.However,there is no mature method to improve the offloading ratio in the industry.This paper is based on big data in O domain and B domain.The random forest algorithm is used to analyze data and guide precise migration of 4G users in the market and precise network planning,construction,and network optimization.The overall traffic distribution ratio is increased to 11.35%,the number of active 5G users is increased by five times,and the traffic camping ratio is increased by three times.
