摘要 目的探讨临床路径教学模式在新生儿专科护理培训中的运用效果和价值。方法我院自2019年2月开始,在新生儿专科护理培训中落实临床路径教学模式,选择该模式实施前(2018年2月—2019年1月)和实施后(2019年2月—2020年1月),参与培训的护生各46例,对比分析护生培训后考核结果。结果路径教学组护生培训后新生儿专科护理理论知识(41.02±7.98)分、基础护理技能(42.03±6.57)分、外科类护理技能(41.68±7.69)分和重症护理技能考核得分(41.89±5.01)分和总分(167.03±18.73)分显著高于对照组(34.05±8.97)分、(33.05±7.96)分、(32.05±7.69)分、(31.57±6.68)分和(128.47±20.13)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床路径教学模式可有效提升护生学习效果,有助于提升新生儿专科护理培训整体效果,应用价值较高。 Objective To explore the effect and value of clinical path teaching model in neonatal specialized nursing training.Methods Since February 2019,our hospital has implemented the clinical pathway teaching model in neonatal specialist nursing training,choosing this model before implementation(February 2018 to January 2019)and after implementation(February 2019 to January 2020),46 nursing students participated in the training,and comparative analysis of the assessment results of nursing students after training.Results The nursing students in the path teaching group were trained in neonatal specialist nursing theory knowledge(41.02±7.98)points,basic nursing skills(42.03±6.57)points,surgical nursing skills(41.68±7.69)points and critical care skills assessment scores(41.89±5.01)points and total score(167.03±18.73)points were significantly higher than the control group(34.05±8.97)points,(33.05±7.96)points,(32.05±7.69)points,(31.57±6.68)points and(128.47±20.13)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical path teaching model can effectively improve the learning effect of nursing students and help improve the overall effect of neonatal specialist nursing training.
