摘要
目的研究风湿免疫科门诊教学提高研究生医患沟通能力的实践效果。方法本次纳入2020年1—12月期间在本院风湿免疫科实习的研究生60名展开研究,按照随机数字表法进行分组,对照组30名实施传统教学法,观察组30名实施门诊教学法。将两组的医患沟通技能评价量表(SEGUE)评分、考核成绩、研究生对教学方式的评价进行比对。结果观察组研究生的SEGUE评分、理论知识成绩、实践操作成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组研究生对教学方式的评价情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在风湿免疫科对实习研究生进行门诊教学法能够提升其医患沟通能力,且研究生对教学方式的认可度高。
Objective To study the practical effects of outpatient teaching in the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology to improve the communication skills of graduate doctors and patients.Methods This time,60 graduate students who were internships in the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology of our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were included in the study.They were grouped according to the random number table method.30 students in the control group implemented traditional teaching methods and 30 in the observation group.Implement outpatient teaching method.The two groups of doctor-patient communication skills evaluation scale(SEGUE)scores,assessment results,and graduate students'evaluation of teaching methods were compared.Results The SEGUE scores,theoretical knowledge scores,and practical operation scores of the postgraduates in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the evaluation of the postgraduates in the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant Academic significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The outpatient teaching method for intern graduate students in the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology can improve their doctor-patient communication skills,and graduate students have a high degree of recognition of teaching methods.
