康柏西普治疗眼底黄斑水肿的疗效观察

Observation of the Efficaey of Conbercept in the Treatment of Fundus Macuar Edema

目的观察评估玻璃体腔内注射康柏西普用以治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿(DME)的临床疗效。方法选取2019年6月—2020年7月在我医院眼科收治的DME患者80例,并将其随机分为治疗组(A、B、C)及对照组,每组20例。其中,A组[无糖尿病(DM)者];B组(有DM但无DM眼底病变者);C组(有DM伴非增殖期DM眼底病变者);对照组(未接受玻璃体内注射药物治疗者);A、B、C组均行康柏西普玻璃体内注射,观察治疗前后最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、眼压和黄斑中心厚度(CMT)的变化。结果治疗前,各组BCVA和CMT值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),注射后研究组较对照组BCVA和CMT都得以改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且C组CMT值较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A、B、C组注射次数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访未发现高眼压,结膜出血,及相关不良反应。结论DME患者玻璃体内连续注射康柏西普可消退黄斑水肿,提升视力,疗效确切稳定且作用持久。

Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of intravitreal injection of conbercept in the treatment of diabetic macular edema(DME).Methods a total of 80 patients with DME in Department of Ophthalmology of the hospital from June 2019 to July 2020 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(a,B,c)and control group,with 20 cases in each group.Among them,group A(without diabetes mellitus);group B(with DM but without diabetic fundus lesions);group C(with DM and non proliferative diabetic retinopathy);control group(without intravitreal injection);groups a,B and C were treated with intravitreal injection of conbercept.The changes of best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),intraocular pressure and central macular thickness(CMT)before and after treatment were observed.Results Bbefore treatment,there was no significant difference in BCVA and CMT in each group(P>0.05).After injection,BCVA and CMT in study group were improved compared with those in control group(P<0.05),and CMT value in group C was significantly different(P<0.05);there was no difference in injection times between groups a,B and C(P>0.05);no high intraocular pressure,conjunctival hemorrhage and related adverse reactions were found during follow-up.Conclusion continuous intravitreal injection of conbercept in patients with DME can reduce macular edema and improve visual acuity.
