积极心理干预对艾滋病患者负面情绪及依从性影响

Influence of Psychological Intervention on Negative Emotions and Compliance of AIDS Patients

目的探究心理干预在艾滋病治疗中对患者负面情绪及治疗依从性的影响。方法病例选取本市疾控中心确诊的于2018年10月—2019年10月在我院关爱门诊就诊的300例艾滋病患者,按照随机数字表法将患者分成对照组与观察组,每组150例,男女比例为4:1。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理基础上加以心理干预。使用SAS(焦虑评分)自评量表和SDS(抑郁评分)自评量表分别评估两组患者负面情绪,设计治疗依从性调查表对两组患者治疗依从性进行调查。结果干预前两组患者焦虑、抑郁评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与干预前比较,两组患者干预后焦虑、抑郁评分均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组评分较对照组下降更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组总依从率(93.33%)显著高于对照组(62.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理干预有助于消除艾滋病患者负面情绪,提高患者治疗依从性。

Objective To explore the influence of psychological intervention on patients'negative emotions and treatment compliance in AIDS treatment.Methods Cases a total of 300 AIDS patients diagnosed by the Municipal CDC who visited the care clinic of our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected.According to the random number method,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 150 cases in each group,and the ratio of male to female was 4:1.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given psychological intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The SAS(anxiety score)self-rating scale and SDS(depression score)self-rating scale were used to evaluate the negative emotions of patients in the two groups,and the treatment compliance questionnaire was designed to investigate the treatment compliance of patients in the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).Compared with before intervention,scores of anxiety and depression in both groups decreased significantly after intervention(P<0.05),and scores in the observation group decreased more significantly than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the total compliance rate in the observation group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(62.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Positive psychological intervention can help to eliminate the negative emotions of AIDS patients and improve their treatment compliance.
