As the gathering place of culture in the information age,the construction of library resources has also undergone a leapfrog reform.Part of university library resources are slowly changing from paper resources to digital resources,which is undoubtedly a good change for it is more conducive to the development of university libraries.This paper analyzes the factors aff ecting the digital resources of university libraries,compares the diff erences among many university libraries,and evaluates the performance of digital resources of university libraries according to the professional indexes of digital resources,so as to provide theoretical basis for the construction and development of university libraries.
