摘要
冶金机械液压系统的运行可靠性已经成为影响冶金企业生产的重要影响因素,本文通过分析分析冶金机械液压系统的运行工况,提出了提升冶金机械液压系统运行可靠性的对策,包括优化液压回路设计方案、合理选择液压油、做好安装管理等,最后针对仿真设计的方法,对冶金液压系统可靠性问题展开深入分析,希望为切实提高机械液压系统性能提供支持。
Metallurgical machinery hydraulic system reliability has become an important factors influencing the production of metallurgical enterprises,this article through the analysis of the operation condition of metallurgical machinery hydraulic system,puts forward the countermeasures of improve metallurgical machinery hydraulic system reliability,including optimization of hydraulic circuit design,choice of reasonable hydraulic oil,completes the installation management and so on,finally based on the simulation design method,The reliability of the metallurgical hydraulic system is analyzed in depth in the hope of providing support for improving the performance of mechanical hydraulic system.
