摘要
由于传统的铝电解清洁生产方式达不到环保要求,需要提升铝电解生产过程中脱氟率,因此提出浮选工艺条件下铝电解清洁生产方式研究,降低电解质的过渡热,优化阳极和阴极之间的距离系数,通过降低平均电耗优化铝电解槽高温焙烧,利用浮选脱氟提取凝固电解质。设计对比实验,通过本文使用的预焙阳极电解槽烟气干法净化方式和传统的自焙阳极电解槽烟气干法净化方式的脱氟率对比,浮选工艺条件下的铝电解清洁生产脱氟率达到99.2%。
Since the traditional clean production mode of aluminum electrolysis can not meet the requirements of environmental protection,it is necessary to improve the defluorination rate in the process of aluminum electrolysis.Therefore,it is proposed to study the clean production mode of aluminum electrolysis under the condition of flotation process,reduce the transition heat of electrolyte,optimize the distance coefficient between anode and cathode,and optimize the high-temperature roasting of aluminum electrolytic cell by reducing the average power consumption,The coagulated electrolyte was extracted by flotation defluorination.A comparative experiment is designed.Through the comparison of the defluorination rate between the pre baked anode electrolyzer flue gas dry purification method used in this paper and the traditional self baked anode electrolyzer flue gas dry purification method,the defluorination rate of aluminum electrolysis clean production under the condition of flotation process reaches 99.2%.
