摘要
冶炼厂是当前国内冶金工业的典型代表,在传统生产模式中由于其对能源依赖较为严重,并且还会常常伴随燃烧效率较低等问题的出现,因此对城市的生态环境带来较为沉重的压力。基于此,本文首先对冶炼厂生产过程中的主要耗能环节展开了分析,进而以此为基础,提出一种以物联网技术核心的自动化工业炉设计理念,希望能够在有效提高冶炼厂生产工作效率的同时,也妥善解决其关于能源的损耗问题。
Smelter is a typical representative of domestic metallurgical industry.In traditional production mode,because of its serious dependence on energy and often accompanied by the low combustion efficiency,it brings heavy pressure on the ecological environment of the city.Based on this,this paper first analyzes the main energy consumption links in the production process of smelters,and then based on this,proposes an automatic industrial furnace design concept based on the Internet of things technology.It hopes to effectively improve the efficiency of the smelter production,and also solve the energy consumption problem.
