摘要
目前铜尾矿中锌、铜、钨,锡、铁、砷元素的分析主要采用示波极谱法、滴定法,火焰原子吸收光谱法。使用示波极谱仪法,所用汞等剧毒物质易挥发,对人体造成极大伤害。滴定法操作繁琐、耗时,且稳定性较差,传统分析方法效率低,劳动强度大。本文采用高温碱熔融法,使用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪同时测定铜尾矿中锌、铜、钨,锡、铁、砷、银元素,该方法操作简单、快速、结果准确,测定条件均满足,大大提高了分析检测工作效率。
At present,the analysis of zinc,copper,tungsten,tin,iron and arsenic in copper tailings mainly adopts oscillopolarography,titration and flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Using oscillopolarography,mercury and other highly toxic substances are volatile and cause great harm to human body.The operation of titration is cumbersome,timeconsuming and poor stability.The traditional analysis method has low efficiency and high labor intensity.In this paper,zinc,copper,tungsten,tin,iron,arsenic and silver in copper tailings are simultaneously determined by high temperature alkali melting method and inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer.This method is simple,rapid,accurate and meets the determination conditions,which greatly improves the analysis and detection efficiency.
