In the production of metallurgical enterprises,ensuring safety is a very important task,and it is also the key factor to determine the steady development of metallurgical enterprises.Therefore,metallurgical enterprises have always paid more attention to safety production management.Whether it is the establishment of organization or the improvement of relevant management system,it has made obvious progress compared with the past,but it is the relevant managers who ultimately determine the efficiency of safety production management,and whether they have strong comprehensive quality is particularly important.Therefore,this paper mainly focuses on the quality training and improvement suggestions of safety production managers in metallurgical enterprises,in order to provide reference for relevant colleagues.
