摘要
作为最常见的腐蚀形式,电化学腐蚀的腐蚀危害要远远大于比其他腐蚀。阴极保护可以通过人为添加电流,使得被保护金属(如管道、储罐等)的电位值向负化趋势进展,继而失去活性,破坏阳极反应的发生,来发挥减少或避免金属电化学腐蚀现象发生的作用。因此本文查阅国内外相关文献资料对阴极保护技术应用现状进行简单叙述,并结合自身经验指出阴极保护技术的发展趋势,在解决地下储罐及管道腐蚀的问题上有着积极意义。
As the most common form of corrosion,the corrosion hazard of electrochemical corrosion is far greater than that of other corrosion.Cathodic protection can reduce or avoid electrochemical corrosion of metals by artificially adding current,which makes the potential value of protected metals(such as pipelines,storage tanks,etc.)progress towards negative trend,and then loses its activity and destroys the occurrence of anodic reaction.Therefore,this paper simply narrates the application status of cathodic protection technology by consulting relevant literature at home and abroad,and points out the development trend of cathodic protection technology in combination with its own experience,which is of positive significance in solving the problem of corrosion of underground storage tanks and pipelines.
