纳米陶瓷基铝电解阳极防氧化技术的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文通过在预焙阳极表面喷涂纳米陶瓷基高温防氧化涂层材料的方法进行阳极防氧化试验,试验历时五个换极周期(约半年时间),并对试验结果进行分析。结果表明:阳极防氧化涂层材料的长期应用可有效降低炭块的氧化掉渣,对保持阳极几何外形规整性有较大作用;使用阳极防氧化涂层材料后,涂层阳极比未涂层阳极可延长一天的换极周期;阳极防氧化涂层材料经长期应用后,对原铝质量品位无影响。 In this paper,the anode oxidation prevention test is carried out by spraying nano-ceramic-based hightemperature oxidation prevention coating material on the surface of the pre-baked anode.The test lasted for five polechanging cycles(about half a year),and the test results were analyzed.The results show that the long-term application of the anode anti-oxidation coating material can effectively reduce the oxidation slag off of the carbon block,and the coating material has a good role in maintaining the regularity of the anode geometry;after using anode oxidation prevention coating material,the coated anode can extend the pole-changing period by one day compared with the uncoated anode;after longterm application,the anode anti-oxidation coating material has no effect on the quality of aluminum.
