摘要
分别对某公司的正产熔炼渣和难选熔炼渣进行了工艺矿物学研究,从主要元素化学分析结果、铜元素化学物相分析结果、铜物相集合体粒度分布特征以及不同磨矿细度条件下铜物相解离度四个方面进行综合对比。结果表明正常熔炼渣与难选熔炼渣相比,后者铜物相集合体的粒度偏细,因此在选别过程中需要更高的磨矿细度,这可能是导致其被称为“难选熔炼渣”的主要原因。
Process mineralogy of normal and refractory slag of a company was studied,comparing four aspects of main element chemical analysis results,copper element chemical phase analysis results,particle distribution characteristics of copper phase aggregate and dissociation of copper under different grinding conditions.The results show that the granularity of the latter copper phase aggregate is relatively fine compared with difficult selection smelting slag,so a higher grinding fineness is required in the sorting process,which may be the main reason for its being called"difficult selection smelting slag".
