金属矿选矿废水残留药剂降解方法研究

摘要 由于金属矿选矿废水中杂质较多,导致对残留药剂的处理效果并不理想,为此,提出一种金属矿选矿废水残留药剂降解方法。通过在废水中加入适当浓度的物理复合的聚合氯化铁聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵无机-有机复合絮凝剂,沉降废水中的大分子物质,在预处理后的废水中加入与药剂存在聚合反应的硝酸物质,以pH为指标判断处理重点,过滤聚合物质,完成降解处理。实验结果表明,设计方法对废水中残留药剂的处理效果可以达到排放标准。 Because there are many impurities in metal ore beneficiation wastewater,the treatment effect of residual reagent is not ideal.Therefore,a degradation method of residual reagent in metal ore beneficiation wastewater is proposed.By adding an appropriate concentration of physically composite polymeric ferric chloride Polydimethyldiallyl ammonium chloride inorganic organic composite flocculant to the wastewater,the macromolecular substances in the wastewater are settled,and the nitric acid substances that have polymerization reaction with the agent are added to the pretreated wastewater.The treatment focus is judged by taking pH as the index,and the polymeric substances are filtered to complete the degradation treatment.The experimental results show that the treatment effect of residual chemicals in wastewater can meet the discharge standard.
