摘要
主要探析了铝合金2024航空板材无损探伤检测出现的噪声问题,主要研究了晶粒尺寸、粗大化合物、对噪声的影响。并且分析了热变形过程中动态回复、动态再结晶、静态回复、静态再结晶过程,并且讨论了热变形中变形温度及变形速度对后续热处理过程中再结晶的影响。文章针对该产品噪声产生的原因和解决措施进行了阐述。
This paper mainly discusses the noise problem in nondestructive testing of aluminum alloy 2024 aviation plate,and mainly studies the effects of grain size,coarse compounds and noise on the noise.The dynamic recovery,dynamic recrystallizing,static recovery and static recrystallizing in the process of thermal deformation are analyzed,and the effects if deformation temperature and deformation rate on the crystallization in the process of subsequent heat treatment are discussed.This paper expounds the causes of the noise of the product and the measures to resolve the noise.
