摘要
皮江法炼镁工艺在经过多年的研究与吸收国外相关技术的基础上,由于其工艺简单、投资少、设计与生产规模灵活,原料分布广,在我国飞速发展,并成为主流生产工艺,促使中国成了世界镁工业中心。本文介绍了皮江法炼镁工艺的特点,简述了该工艺在我国的发展概况与近30年主要的技术创新进步,并针对目前皮江法炼镁工艺的在我国的发展现状与时代背景,讨论了镁冶炼技术发展的方向,以供参考。
Based on years of research and absorption of foreign related technologies,the rapid development of Pidgeon process has become the mainstream magnesium production process in China due to its simple process,less investment,flexible design and production,wide distribution of raw materials,which makes China become the magnesium industry center in world.This paper introduces the characteristics of Pidgeon process,briefly describes the development situation in China and the main technological innovation progress in recent 30 years.In view of the current development status of Pidgeon process and era background in China,we discuss the development direction of magnesium production technology for reference.
