摘要 随着国内铜需求的快速增长和冶炼能力的提高,铜资源的利用率也在上升,铜精矿极为不足,对铜精矿的依赖度超过70%。铜冶金精炼厂锅炉炉渣中含有丰富的铜、铜锌等有色高价金属资源,利用经济前景广阔。在2012年中国大型冶炼厂的成立,这些矿渣中的铜含量相当于几个大型铜矿,预计平均为1%。铜等昂贵资源的利用率很高,炉渣中的铅和锌不仅在一定程度上缓解了目前铜的短缺,同时也减少了矿渣堆积造成的环境污染.根据矿渣冶金的特点,总结了转化渣的研究开发工作,介绍了转化渣的相关技术,选取矿渣,综合利用煤渣对经济效益以及当今社会生态都具有重要意义。 With the rapid growth of domestic copper demand and the improvement of smelting capacity,the utilization rate of copper resources is also rising.Copper concentrate is extremely insufficient,and the dependence on copper concentrate is more than 70%.The boiler slag of copper metallurgical refinery is rich in non-ferrous high price metal resources such as copper,copper and zinc,which has a broad economic prospect.With the establishment of large smelters in China in 2012,the copper content in these slag is equivalent to several large copper mines,which is expected to average 1%.The utilization rate of expensive resources such as copper is very high.The lead and zinc in slag not only alleviate the current shortage of copper to a certain extent,but also reduce the environmental pollution caused by slag accumulation.According to the characteristics of slag metallurgy,this paper summarizes the research and development of conversion slag,introduces the relevant technologies of conversion slag,selects slag,Comprehensive utilization of coal cinder is of great significance to economic benefits and today's social ecology.
