摘要
湿法炼锌低酸浸出底流浮选得到银精矿,但浮选银精矿会带走大量的锌、铜、铅等有价金属,造成资源损失。本文采用硫酸预处理和氯化体系两段浸出的方法,对银精矿中有价金属进行分离。结果表明:预处理终酸为120g/L,温度95℃,时间6h,液固比8:1,锌浸出率达到70%以上,铜浸出率达到95%以上,浸出渣中铅和银得到富集。预处理渣在弱酸性条件下,氯化铵浓度为280g/L,氯酸钠用量为渣量的2%,温度90℃,液固比8:1,时间3h,铅、银的浸出率均可达到90%以上。
Wet zinc smelting with low acid leaching underflow flotation to obtain silver concentrate,but the flotation of silver concentrate will take away a lot of valuable metals such as zinc,copper,lead,and cause resource losses.In this paper,high-temperature and high-acid pretreatment and chlorine system leaching are used to separate and recover valuable metals.The results show that the final acid pretreatment is 120g/L,temperature 95℃,time 6h,liquid-solid ratio 8:1,zinc leaching rate is over 70%,copper leaching rate is over 95%,lead and silver in the leaching residue are enriched set.After pretreatment,the slag is under weakly acidic conditions,the ammonium chloride concentration is 280g/L,the amount of sodium chlorate is 2% of the slag amount,the temperature is 90℃,the liquid-solid ratio is 8:1,the time is 3h,the leaching rate of lead and silver Can reach more than 90%.
