电解铝碳渣低温火法处理技术研究及应用 被引量:2

摘要 碳渣是碳颗粒和电解质的混合物,针对现有浮选工艺和火法工艺两种路线存在的问题,本文提出了新的低温火法处理工艺,先用催化剂对碳渣浸泡预处理,晾干后在电解槽中控制焙烧温度600℃~700℃之间,经过一个阳极周期即可将碳全部氧化彻底,碳渣中的电解质与覆盖料一同循环使用。新工艺利用电解槽处理碳渣,流程简便,设备投入少,适合中小型电解铝厂推广应用。 Carbon residue is a mixture of carbon particles and electrolytes,aiming at the present problems existing in the flotation process and pyrometallurgy process,a new low temperature pyrometallurgy process is proposed in this paper.Firstly,carbon residue is soaked and pretreated with catalyst,and after drying,,the roasting temperature is controlled between 600℃~700℃ in the electrolytic cell,The carbon can be completely oxidized after the cycle of anode,the electrolyte in the carbon residue is recycled with the covering material.The new process uses electrolytic cell to deal with carbon residue,which has simple process and less equipment investment.It is suitable for promotion and application in small and medium-sized electrolytic aluminum plants.
