根管湿润状态下应用IRoot SP糊剂一次性根管的治疗

Clinical Observation of Different Root Canal Sealants in One-Time Root Canal Therapy

目的观察在一次性根管治疗中应用不同根管封闭剂的临床疗效。方法选取于2018年1月~2019年1月接受一次性根管治疗的患者80例(100颗患牙),根据其就诊单双号组别,单号为对照组,双号为试验组。对照组应用AH Plus糊剂,试验组应用iRoot S糊剂。比较两个组别VAS评分变化、根充质量、根充术后1周内急性炎症反应率及1年后疗效。结果在分别治疗3d及7d后,VAS评分试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。根充后适充率对比发现试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1周内急性炎症反应率对比发现试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。1年后治疗成功率对比发现试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在一次性根管治疗中应用iRoot SP糊剂,既可减少患者治疗后急性炎症反应,减轻疼痛,又可提升根充质量和治疗成功率,值得推广研究。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of different root canal sealants in one-time root canal therapy.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,80 patients(100 affected teeth) who received one-time root canal treatment were selected.According to the group of odd-even number,single number was divided into control group and double number into experimental group.AH Plus paste was used in the control group and iRoot SP paste was used in the experimental group.VAS scores changes,root filling quality,acute inflammatory response rate within 1 week after root filling and efficacy after 1 year were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 and 7 days of treatment,VAS score of experimental group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After root filling,the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The rate of acute inflammatory response in experimental group was lower than that in control group within 1 week after treatment(P<0.05).The comparison of treatment success rated after 1 year showed that the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of iRoot SP paste in one-time root canal therapy can not only reduce the acute inflammatory reaction after treatment,reduce pain,but also improve the quality of root filling and the success rate of treatment,which is worth popularizing.
