贯彻新发展理念、高质量发展的中国对外贸易是以创新为发展的根本动力,具有均衡协调、绿色化的发展特征及全面、高水平对外开放的发展环境,共享发展机会和成果的对外贸易。由于中国对外贸易实现高质量发展需要大量高质量创新型及技能型人才、高质量发展的外贸产业、更高水平的开放型经济新体制、较高的对外贸易数字化水平及开放合作的国际经贸关系等,因此,要坚持培养与全球引进相结合的原则,大幅度扩充国内创新型、技能型人才规模,全面构建支撑对外贸易高质量发展的产业体系,加快构建更高水平的开放型经济新体制,多措并举加快提升中国对外贸易的数字化发展水平,坚定不移地推动建设开放型世界经济。

The high-quality development of Chinese foreign trade which implements the new development concept should make innovation become the fundamental driving force for its development,has the characteristics of coordination and green development and the development environment of comprehensive and high level opening up,share the development opportunity and achievement.Many factors are very important for the high-quality development of Chinese foreign trade,for example,a lot of high-quality innovative and skilled talents,the high-quality development of foreign trade industry,the higher level of new open economy system,the higher digital level of foreign trade,the open cooperation relation of international economy and trade and so on.So we should expand the scale of innovative and skilled talents by the principal of cultivation and global introduction,build comprehensively industry system that supports the high-quality development of foreign trade,accelerate the construction of higher level new open economy system,take measures to accelerate the development level of Chinese foreign digital trade,and promote the construction of open world economy unswervingly.
