老年人教育参与影响因素模型构建研究——兼论“参与意愿”的中介效应 被引量:4

摘要 为探究老年人教育参与影响因素,研究借助AMOS23.0软件构建结构方程模型,并对其进行检验和修正,研究结论为:主体认知正向影响参与意愿,间接影响参与行为;学习期望正向影响参与意愿,间接影响参与行为;学习环境正向影响参与意愿,直接影响参与行为;社群影响正向影响参与意愿,间接影响参与行为;便利条件正向影响参与意愿,对参与行为有直接和间接影响;教育资源正向影响参与意愿,对参与行为有直接和间接影响;参与意愿正向影响参与行为,且在多条路径中发挥中介效应;老年人个体背景特征影响整个模型,且在多条路径中调节效应显著。因此,应积极关注个体差异,注重各影响因素对老年人教育参与的影响作用,提升老年人教育参与的意愿、广度和深度。 In order to explore the influencing factors of the elderly's participation in education,a structural equation model is constructed with the help of AMOS23.0 software,which is then tested and modified.The research conclusion is that subject cognition has a positive impact on participation willingness,and indirectly affects participation behavior;learning expectation positively influences participation willingness and indirectly influences participation behavior;learning environment positively influences participation willingness and directly influences participation behavior;the impact of community positively influences participation willingness and indirectly influences participation behavior;the convenience of the conditions positively affect participation willingness,and directly or indirectly affect participation behavior;the educational resources positively affect participation willingness,and directly or indirectly affect participation behavior;participation willingness positively influences participation behavior and mediates in multiple paths;the background characteristics of the elderly affect the whole model,and the moderating effect is significant in multiple paths.Therefore,we should actively pay attention to individual differences and the influence of various factors on the elderly's educational participation,and improve the willingness,breadth and depth of the elderly's educational participation.
