Research on Ecological Construction of School Smart Education Ecosystem

学校智慧教育生态系统是智慧教育生态系统的重要组成部分,学校智慧教育生态建设对学校组织发展及教育事业发展具有重要的意义,是学校组织发展的方向。针对学校智慧教育生态建设中存在的问题,该研究借鉴组织变革理论分析了当前学校智慧教育生态建设中存在的问题及其发展方向,提出将学校智慧教育生态建设与学校效能提升有机融合的观点。借助生态学基本理论,总结了学校智慧教育生态建设内容、建设过程及建设风险与障碍,揭示了技术、人在学校智慧教育生态建设中的地位和作用,明确了生态观在学校智慧教育生态系统中的指导地位,对学校组织结构生态、制度生态、文化生态、技术生态建设提出了建设策略与方法,为学校智慧教育生态建设提供参考。

The School Smart Education Ecosystem(SSEE)is an important part of smart education ecosystem,and the construction of SSEE is of great significance to the development of school organization and the development of education.Aiming at the problems existing in the construction of SSEE,this study analyzes the existing problems and the development direction in the construction SSEE,and puts forward the viewpoint of organic integration between the construction of SSEE and the improvement of school efficiency.Based on basic theory of ecology,this paper summarizes the content,process,risks and obstacles of SSEE,reveals the position and function of technology and people in the construction SSEE,clarifies the guiding position of ecological view in the SSEE,and puts forward the construction strategies and methods for the school organization structure,system ecology,cultural ecology and technology ecology.
