摘要
新时代背景下的“互联网+教育”新模式和教育教学改革对教师的教学提出了全新要求,教师业已形成的教学信念必然受到挑战和冲击。该文通过问卷调查和半结构式访谈,考察了新时代背景下大学英语教师教学信念的取向现状。结果发现:教师的教学信念总体上发生了较为明显的积极变化,但仍处于从传统教学信念向现代、开放、包容的教学信念转变和发展过程之中。该文在研究结果的基础上,针对学校如何为教师教学信念的建构与重塑创造有利环境以及教师如何通过自我变革驱动教学信念的转型和发展提出了具体建议。
The new mode of“Internet plus education”and the teaching reforms in the new era have brought new demands on teachers’teaching.Consequently,the teaching beliefs that teachers have formed are bound to be challenged and impacted.This paper investigates college English teachers’belief orientation in the new era through questionnaire and semi-structured interview.The results show that teachers’teaching beliefs have changed significantly on the whole,but they are still in the process of transformation and development from traditional beliefs to modern,open and inclusive beliefs.Based on the research results,this paper puts forward specific suggestions on how schools create a favorable environment for the reconstruction of teachers’teaching beliefs,and how teachers change and develop their teaching beliefs through self-transformation.
