摘要
目前数字孪生体思想提出不久,相关技术体系还在不断发展,特别是在轴系试验台架方面的应用,还缺乏研究。针对这一问题,文章深入梳理和提炼总结出数字孪生体的构建原则,分析了数字孪生体的相关支撑工具应用情况,归纳出数字孪生体虚拟模型的构建方法,为构建轴系试验台架的数字孪生体提供一定的方法指导。同时,基于对数字孪生体技术的理解,提出应强化对其相应管理功能的认识,通过构建数字孪生体,并通过其管理功能可以很好地实现对应物理实体的全生命周期相关数据的高效管理。
Not long after the idea of digital twins was put forward,related technical systems are still developing,especially the application of shafting test benches,and there is still a lack of research.In response to this problem,the article thoroughly combed and refined the construction principles of digital twins,analyzed the application of digital twins'related support tools,and summarized the construction methods of digital twin virtual models,which are important for constructing shafting test benches.Digital twins provide certain methodological guidance.At the same time,based on the understanding of digital twin technology,it is proposed that the understanding of its corresponding management functions should be strengthened.Through the construction of digital twins and its management functions,it is possible to achieve efficient management of the full life cycle related data of the corresponding physical entities.
