轨道交通运营企业标准化管理体系建设思考--以昆明地铁为例

Thoughts on the Construction of Standardization Management System for Rail Transit Operation Enterprises--Taking Kunming Metro as an Example

近年"标准化+智慧化+交通"服务模式正在轨道运营行业迅速兴起,标准化建设成为企业快速发展的基础。企业通过标准化方法分析管理活动中存在的管理缺陷和不足,提出符合企业发展的标准化管理体系,实现管理及工作成果的固化转型。本文对昆明地铁运营企业的标准体系建设进行思考,分析企业标准化管理现状及企业标准体系建设的必要性,提出企业标准体系的实施要点,以期企业能够更加清晰把握标准化建设路径,提高企业标准化管理水平。

In recent years, the service mode of "standardization + intelligence + transportation" is rising rapidly in the rail operation industry, and the standardization construction has become the basis for the rapid development of enterprises.Through the standardization method, enterprises analyze the management defects and deficiencies in the management activities, put forward the standardization management system in line with the development of the enterprise, and realize the solidification and transformation of management and work results. This paper discusses the standards system construction of Kunming Rail Transit Operation Co., Ltd., analyzes the current situation of enterprise standardization management and the necessity of the construction of enterprise standards system, and puts forward the implementation points of enterprise standards system, so as to make enterprises more clearly grasp the path of standardization construction and improve the level of enterprise standardization management.
