摘要
在现代化客舱管理工作中,"安全"与"服务"都是重要内容,两者缺一不可。作为客舱管理人员,要深刻理解安全工作与服务工作之间的联系,既要认真抓安全建设,也要强调服务标准化。本文主要围绕"客舱安全建设中存在的主要问题""加强客舱安全建设提升服务标准化水平"这两个方面展开论述,重点探究客舱安全工作、服务工作的新思路,希望从"安全""服务"出发,进一步优化客舱安全建设,制定服务标准化方案,全面提升客舱管理工作质量,为广大乘客带来便捷化、人性化的体验。
In modern cabin management, "safety" and "service" are both important and indispensable contents. As cabin management personnel, they should deeply understand the relationship between safety work and service work, not only paying attention to safety construction, but also emphasizing service standardization. This paper focuses on the two aspects of "main problems existing in cabin safety construction" and "strengthening cabin safety construction and improving service standardization level". It focuses on exploring new ideas of cabin safety work and service work, hoping to further optimize cabin safety construction and formulate service standardization scheme from the two aspects of "safety" and "service", comprehensively improve the quality of cabin management, and bring convenient and humanized experience for the majority of passengers.
