摘要
为提升内蒙古优质产品核心竞争力及市场认可度,探索内蒙古区域公共品牌发展新路径,内蒙古自治区市场监督管理局发挥职能优势,制定"蒙"字标全产业链高标准体系。其中,团体标准T/NMSP.MZB01.3-2019《"蒙"字标农产品认证要求乌兰察布马铃薯鲜食型》对马铃薯生产全产业链进行了规定,本文将此团体标准的关键技术指标与国内同类先进标准进行比对分析,重点研究不同标准下马铃薯产地环境、外观质量、卫生安全等指标的差异性。有望为马铃薯行业发展提供理论参考,也为内蒙古优质品牌建设奠定扎实基础,助推区域经济高质量发展。
In order to improve the core competitiveness and market recognition of high-quality products in Inner Mongolia, and explore a new path for the development of public brands in Inner Mongolia, the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has exerted its functional advantages and formulated a high "Mongolian" standard system for the entire industry chain. Among the standards in the system, the association standard T/NMSP.MZB01.3-2019, "Nei Meng Gu Brand" Certification requirements of agricultural products—Ulanqab Potato Table type, specifies the entire industry chain of potato production. This article compares and analyzes the key technical indicators of the standard with similar domestic advanced standards, and focuses on the study of the differences in potato production environment, appearance quality, health and safety indicators in different standards. It is expected to provide a theoretical reference for the development of the potato industry and also for Inner Mongolia, and lay a solid foundation for the establishment of a high-quality brand to promote high-quality development of the regional economy.
