我国第一部涉及雷电灾害风险区划技术方面的气象行业标准《雷电灾害风险区划技术指南》于2017年12月29日正式颁布,为了更好地贯彻执行该标准,本文对该标准进行了详细的解读。该标准基于灾害风险评估与区划工作成果,建立了雷电灾害风险区划流程和区划模型,明确了雷电灾害风险区划内容,并提出有针对性的资料处理和区划技术办法,对进一步完善防雷监管标准体系建设,提高雷电灾害防御能力,减少雷电灾害损失,有着非常重要的意义。
