摘要
高职教育的跨界性质要求人们在依据高职学校标准体系优化组织结构、提升教学资源运用能力的同时,还需关注如何协调那些不适宜标准化的工作事项,以便全面提升组织必需的自我协调与自我适应能力。本文考察了高职学校主要部门的组织环境、协调工作的方式、行为特征及惯用的标准化手段,为完善高职学校的组织协调机制提供新的思路。
The cross disciplines nature of vocational education requires attention on how to coordinate those work items that are not suitable for standardization, while optimizing the organizational structure according to the standard system of vocational institute and improving the ability in the use of teaching resources, in order to improve the organization’s necessary self-coordinative and adaptive capacity. This paper investigates the organization environment, way of coordination, characteristics of behavior and applicable situations in the main departments of vocational institutes. It provides new ideas for improving the organization and coordination framework of vocational institutes.
