Standardization Practice of Screening and Intervention in High-risk Group of Stroke

脑卒中俗称"中风",是我国成年人致死、致残的首位病因,具有发病率高、致残率高、死亡率高、复发率高、经济负担重等特点。随着社会老龄化、城市化进程加速,国民生活方式发生了显著变化,脑血管病危险因素暴露明显,导致脑血管病的发病人数不断增加。本文旨在通过发挥标准化的技术基础支撑作用,构建脑卒中高危人群筛查和干预"医防融合"服务模式,规范技术质量标准,完善脑卒中健康管理标准体系。

Stroke is the first cause of death and disability of adults in China. It has the characteristics of high morbidity,high disability rate, high mortality rate, high recurrence rate and heavy economic burden. With the aging of society and the acceleration of urbanization, people’s lifestyle has changed significantly, and the risk factors of cerebrovascular disease have been exposed obviously, which lead to increasing number of cases of cerebrovascular disease. By giving full play to the basic supporting role of standardization, this paper aims to construct the service mode of screening and intervention of high risk group of stroke, standardize the technical and quality standards, and perfect the of stroke health management system.
